Our ramp services team focuses on our customer airlines’ on time performance by providing sufficient resources in turning around flights. Operating in one of the busiest air cargo hubs in the world, we have experience in managing loading and unloading activities for both narrow- and widebody aircrafts. Since 2020, we are leading in passenger cabin cargo loading (PCCL) operations for both seats-in and seats-removed aircraft, allowing customers to maximise their cargo revenue while maintaining supply chain stability.  

We also have a dedicated safety team looking after our ramp operations to ensure safe working practice and accurate loading information for flights.
